Experience :-
- Diploma 6+Yrs
- B.Tech / BE- 3+Yrs
Key Responsibility :-
- Operate and maintain CMM. Set up the machine, calibrate probes (zoiss), and perform routine maintenance.
- Create Inspection programmes and update software of CMM (Zeiss) Interpret drawings and specifications to measure parts. Complete inspection reports and analyse data.
- Collaborate with enginneering, quality control, and production to resolve quality issues Explore new measurement techanelgies and optimise CMM programs
- Should have sound knowledge of inhouse and third party calibation of instruments and gauges Should have practical knowledge of MSA
- Should have sound and practical knowledge of Gd&T, metralogy, standard room.
- Should have operated VMM, Hardness tester, Profile projector, contour, surface tester roundness tester Knowledge of PFMEA, CP, PFD, APQP.7 QC tools, Supplier audit, 55
- Meeting with Customer (specially MSIL) for NPD Issues and new jig fixture validation.
