Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited is a fertilizer company of the Government of India based out of P.O. Parbatpur, Dibrugarh, Assam, India.

Salary :-
For the Post at Sl. No. 01, 02, 03, 05, 06, 07 & 08
- Stipend equivalent to 75% of Pay (Basic + DA) of Rs. 9,950.00 + DA as applicable per month.
- Balance 25% of pay (Basic + DA) of the training period shall be released in four quarterly installments after successful completion of training.
- The Trainees will be absorbed as Loco Driver Gr-II, Chemist Gr-II, Operator Grade-II and Technician Gr-II (Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Electrical), in the pay scale of Rs. 9,950-3%-22,350/- respectively plus usual allowances as admissible after successful completion of training.
For the Post at Sl. No. 09, 10, 11, 12 & 13
- Stipend equivalent to 75% of Pay (Basic + DA) of Rs. 9,450.00 + DA as applicable per month.
- Balance 25% of pay (Basic + DA) of the training period shall be released in four quarterly installments next year on successful completion of training.
- The Trainees will be absorbed as Technician Gr-III (Fitter), Technician Gr-III (AC-Machinic), Technician Gr-III (Welder), Technician Gr-III (Machinist), Technician Gr-III (Diesel Mechanic) in the pay scale of Rs. 9,450-3%-19,450/- respectively plus usual allowances as admissible after successful completion of training.
Training Period: 01 (One) Year for all the posts
- The selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Agreement and Surety Bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- for candidates belonging to General category/EWS & OBC and Rs. 25,000/- for the candidates belonging to SC/ST and to serve the Company for a further minimum period of three years, after successful completion of the training period.
- During the period of training, the trainees will be provided with free Bachelor accommodation in the Trainees’ Hostel and free medical facilities for self to the extent available in BVFC Hospital. At the place of training, Leave etc. will be provided as per rules.
Qualification :-
- Loco Driver Trainee: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Chemist Trainee: B.Sc with Chemistry
- Operator Trainee: Diploma in Chemical Engg OR B.Sc with PCM
- Technician Trainee (Engg): Diploma, Relevant Engineering
- Technician Trainee (ITI): HSLC + ITI in relevant trade
