Position: Quality Inspector
Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years
Qualification: Diploma – Electrical / Electronics (Only)
Role – Quality Inspector (Electrical / Electronics):
- • Interpretation of technical documents like blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, harness drawings, and BOMs
- • Knowledge of industry standards such as IPC/WHMA-A-620, ISO 9001, AS9100 Rev D
- • Proficiency in test and measurement equipment such as electrical testers and physical measurement tools
- • Visual inspection of crimp quality, soldering, wire/cable condition, and assembly issues
- • IPC/WHMA-620 trained or certified, knowledge of 7 QC tools, basic statistics, and lean manufacturing is an added advantage
Qualification: Diploma – Mechanical (Only)
Role – Quality Inspector (Mechanical):
- • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, material specifications, and 2D/3D models
- • Knowledge of industry standards like ASME, ISO, MIL-specs, NDT, ISO 9001, AS9100 Rev D, AS9102 (FAI)
- • Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and precision instruments
- • Familiarity with CAD software, ERP (SAP), PLM tools, and MS Office
- • Understanding of mechanical systems, assembly, and manufacturing processes
