Engineer – S&D Operations
Senior Engineer – S&D Operations
Educational Qualification:
BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Blade Manufacturing only)
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to PLC
Knowledge of Hydraulics
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret and prepare electrical, control and process drawings
Perform PLC programming and support troubleshooting activities - Apply strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems
Maintenance, installation and operation of S&D / special purpose machines - Prepare and maintain technical documentation including control system specifications, installation documents, user manuals, maintenance manuals and SOPs
- Diagnose machine breakdowns and perform root cause analysis
Guide and support shopfloor technicians during troubleshooting
Coordinate with Production Head to meet production schedules - Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and reliability
