Qualification & Experience:
Electrician:
Qualification – SSC / HSC with ITI in Electrical
Experience – Minimum 3+ years relevant experience (Pipe industry experience is mandatory)
Engineer – Electrical:
Qualification – Diploma / B.E in Electrical Engineering
Experience – Minimum 3+ years relevant experience (Pipe industry experience preferred)
Required Skills:
Electrician:
- Knowledge of AC/DC motors, DOL and star-delta starters, single-phase and three-phase connections, transformers, MCB, MPCB, ACB, VCB, sensors, proximity switches, limit switches, temperature & pressure switches, thermocouples, RTD, drives, PLC I/O connections, troubleshooting, and preventive & breakdown maintenance of EOT cranes (5 to 20 tons).
Engineer – Electrical:
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors operation, protection and troubleshooting; DOL and star-delta starters; transformers and protection devices (MCB, MPCB, ACB, VCB); industrial sensors; VFD/Servo drives; PLC systems and I/O configuration; control panel wiring; relay logic; SCADA exposure; preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment; EOT crane maintenance (5–20 tons); and ability to read SLDs and electrical schematics.
