Position: Operator (CRD Operations)

Job Location: Hisar

Salary: Salary will be provided as per company norms

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
  • Experience – Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience in manufacturing or steel plant preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in operation of Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) and associated CRD equipment such as:
  • Entry/Exit sections
  • Pay-off reel & tension systems
  • Rolling stands
  • Recoilers
  • Monitor process parameters like speed, thickness, flatness, surface finish , and report deviations.
  • Support line startup, shutdown, and changeover activities under supervisor guidance.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety instructions at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining production logs, shift records, and basic documentation .
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams during breakdowns or quality issues.
  • Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and safe working conditions in the assigned area.
  • Learn and comply with ISO TPM safety standards applicable to CRD.
  • Actively participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs.
