Position: Production Professional
Job Location: IMT Sohna, Gurugram, Haryana
Salary: Negotiable
Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / EEE or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / EEE or relevant industry course
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years in relevant manufacturing field
Key Skills:
- Execute daily production as per plan and record DPR/Shift reports in the SAP system.
- Plan manpower and shifts (Direct & Indirect) based on PPC data.
- Track and improve daily/monthly productivity (Man, Machine, Material).
- Consume materials as per BOM norms in SAP and track non-BOM consumables.
- Control line rejections as per standard norms and strictly adhere to SOPS.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on line stoppages, materials, and department MIS.
- Ensure strict 5S execution and support QC/QA for ISO9001, ISO14001 certifications.
- Plan and manage Customer Audits along with QC, PPC, and Personnel teams.
- Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for newcomers on the shop floor.
