Qualification & Experience :-
- BE Mechanical/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3-7 Years of experience in production in Automotive Industry.
Roles & Responsibility :-
- Ensuring Productivity as per plan in shifts
- Rejection handling and reduction
- Production loss time analysis and action
- Manpower planning
- Ensure OEE
- Maintain Safety , 5S, quality on the Shopfloor
- Implementing KAIZEN
