Job Title :- PPC Planner – (Flange Forging)
Position :- Executive/ Sr. Executive
Job Location :- Boisar, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary :- Upto 4.8 LPA
Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :-
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the forging or steel industry.
- Only Steel previous experience needed in Forging Shop
Technical Skills :-
- Proficiency in production planning software (SAP)and strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities :-
- Production Planning: Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of raw materials and finished goods, minimizing stockouts and overproduction.
- Process Optimization: Work closely with production teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Coordination: Liaise with procurement, production, and quality control departments to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Capacity Planning: Analyze production capacity and allocate resources to meet production targets without overburdening the system.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and planning forecasts for management review.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any production planning issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
