Experience: Freshers & Experienced (Property Valuation)
Salary: As per company norms and experience
Task / Job Responsibilities :-
- Property site visits and physical inspections
- Independent local inquiries for rate assessment
- Property measurements, sketches and route maps
- Site photography and documentation
- Timely and accurate submission of valuation inputs
- Strict adherence to company SOPs, quality standards and TAT
Eligibility Requirements :-
- Strong local area and market knowledge
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Smartphone for field reporting and communication
- Willingness to handle field-based assignments
