Qualification & Experience:
Assistant Jr. Engineer – Production:
- Qualification – Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience – 1 to 4 Years (Fabrication experience preferred)
Jr. Engineer – Production:
- Qualification – Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience – 1 to 4 Years (Fabrication experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily production planning and shop floor execution
- Monitor fabrication of steel structures such as columns, rafters, beams, and purlins
- Read and follow technical drawings with coordination from design teams
- Supervise cutting, welding, fitting, and painting activities
- Maintain production and quality records
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO standards
- Minimize material wastage and report production issues
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of fabrication and PEB structures
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP (preferred)
- Knowledge of welding processes (MIG / SAW) and cutting operations
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in shifts
