Position – Officer – Quality
Job Location – Pune (Chakan), Maharashtra
Qualification – Diploma or B.E/B.Tech
Job Description –
- Responsible for the Outgoing Quality Process & monitoring the OQA PPM
- Responsible for shift management
- Responsible for Performance testing &Visual Inspection testing as per sampling plan.
- Assure finish good set product quality as per specification
- Daily production lot Clearance as per the test specification through SAP system
- Handling quality issues & resolution through systematic application of quality tools such as CAPA & 8D.
- Created and implemented work instructions, SOP, forms and documents to improve work efficiency taking care of documentation and document control.
- Revision of work instruction, Instrument manual, Flowcharts, Inspection guide, Check sheet etc.
- Carrying out audit as per schedule: CAPA verifications and validations, Sustenance audit & Out Box Audit.
