Qualification :- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 10 years of automobile industry experience.
Job Purpose :-
- Implement and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan
- Reduce machine breakdowns
- Control maintenance and spare cost
- Monitor and control power consumption
- Maintain critical spare inventory
- Conduct root cause analysis of breakdowns
- Improve MTTR and MTBF
- Manage and train maintenance manpower
- Prepare contingency plans for breakdown and manpower
- Ensure maximum equipment availability
