Experience :- 3 – 6 Years
Role & responsibilities :-
- Schedule and undertake periodic Electrical maintenance on all equipment, components, and installations as per PM schedule.
- Make sure that that the technicians are following SOPs to complete the task.
- Provide prompt response to Work requests whenever there is a breakdown and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Ensure that equipments are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of production activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and hygiene practices are followed by team members.
- Assist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget and scheduling expenses for the department
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide solutions so that the machine down time is minimized.
- Learn new skills and attend training programs in other to increase knowledge of trends and best practices in the industry.
- Provide safe working environment for members of team, and ensure accidents and mishaps are prevented.
- Keep record of all maintenance activities performed in the shift.
- Inform top management of any outstanding issues that needs attention, improvements required on the PM schedules to continuously improve the maintenance program.
Preferred Candidate Profile :-
- Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance experience in a plastic extrusion industry in supervisory position. Experience in Reicofil SMS line is added advantage.
