Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
- Experience – 4 to 8 Years experience in assembly maintenance (Auto screw machines, shrink wrap machines, auto screw feeders & nozzles preferred)
Job Description:
- Sound knowledge in maintenance of Auto Screw Machine, Shrink Wrap Machine, Pedal Sealer, Jigs & Fixtures etc.
- Sound knowledge in maintenance of Auto screw feeders & nozzles and proficient in their spare parts control
- Handling of shift activities & coordinate with stakeholders and maintain log book, shift handover, running issues discussion, check critical spare availability
- Ability to analyze downtime & minimize the same and monitor OEE failure and ensure their root cause analysis & elimination
- Control assembly lines Spare part consumption and manage their inventory
- Technical support in New Product production at line (NPI trail production)
- Maintain all the record & documentation as per ISO / TPM standards
- Responsible of Model changeover activities in assembly line
- Proficient in reading machine reports and trouble shooting and analytic skill to identify issue root cause and take action
- Change, 6s, TPM and other advanced manufacturing methodologies, tools and concepts.
