We are Paloma Turning Co. Pvt Ltd, manufacturers of custom-built Precision Machined Components. We began our operations in 1994 by manufacturing turned parts for the Indian industry. Within three years, we started to export to Europe & North America and have since grown our customer base exponentially.
Our industrial units are located in Bangalore, Karnataka in the south of India, and Jamnagar, Gujarat in the western part of India. Our Bangalore plant manufactures precision machined parts in steel, stainless steel & aluminium & our Jamnagar plant manufactures high and low volume precision machined parts in brass.
Position – Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager
Job Location – Jamnagar
Qualification – Diploma or above
Experience – 5 – 12 years of experience.
Job Description –
- Ensure on time Setup Approval and In-Process Inspection for all Machine Shop Sections
- Review and Analysis of Rejections for In-Process Inspection
- ○ Shift wise Manpower Planning of Line Inspectors
- Inspect Tools, Jigs & Fixtures as per drawing whenever required
- • Prepare MSA & SPC as per QMS, IATF 16949:2016 and customer Specific requirements
- • CMIM Programming & Inspection whenever required
- Train Line Inspectors for Setup Approval, In-process Inspection report etc.
- Problem Solving for quality Issues related to in-process inspection
- • Arrange evidences against Customer Complaints and Actions
- • Arrange and maintain Documents as per IATF 16949 & QMS requirements
- • Propose Procurement of new gauges and instruments as per requirements
- ◦ Initiate, Support & ensure CIP, Kaizen and Cost saving projects in In-process Section
