Position – Assistant Manager
Qualification –
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical/ Mechanical / Civil Engineering
Experience – 4–7 years in Solar/ Wind/ BESS project O&M
Job Description –
- Oversee daily O&M activities for Solar, Wind, and BESS projects
- 🔹 Monitor plant performance, conduct root cause analysis & implement corrective actions
- 🔹 Plan preventive & predictive maintenance schedules
- 🔹 Coordinate with site teams, OEMs, and contractors for smooth operations
- 🔹 Ensure safety compliance, reporting, and documentation as per SOPs
- 🔹 Support in spare parts planning, inventory control & vendor management
- 🔹 Generate technical reports, downtime analysis & performance dashboards
- 🔹 Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
