Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical OR Electronics OR Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 3-7 years of experience in production or manufacturing of Product Assembly in Manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables :-
- To Handle assembly line of Electrical products.
- Lead the team of minimum 20-30 operators.
- Knowledge about 5S, DWM, LEAN KAIZEN, QCC
- Remove technical bottlenecks in production and ramp-up.
- Proper documentation for DWM activities.
- Adherence, and upkeep of all operations to SOP/ PL.
Functional Competencies :-
- Safety standards at work,7 QC Tools
- 5S, KAIZEN, DWM
- Command on QCC
