Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification – Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) or B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience – 3 to 10 Years experience in High-Rise Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Building Projects.
Required Skills:
- High-rise building construction execution
- Finishing work supervision
- RCC and concreting activities
- Site engineering and structural coordination
- Brick work and plastering supervision
- Material usage monitoring and productivity tracking
Job Responsibilities:
- Determine equipment, materials, and manpower requirements for construction works
- Obtain work permits and ensure execution as per approved method statements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements
- Implement project scope and specifications as per approved schedule
- Manage day-to-day construction activities at project site
- Supervise formwork, reinforcement, pre-stressing, and post-tensioning activities
- Ensure optimum utilization of machinery, manpower, and materials
- Monitor labour productivity and recommend improvement measures
- Control material wastage within permissible limits
- Obtain required approvals and licenses from authorities
- Coordinate with stakeholders and prepare progress reports regularly
