Job Description –
- Knowledge of trouble shooting of electrical and mechanical problem.
- Sound knowledge of new program writing / program modification / trouble shooting of Mitsubishi Q and R series PLC with advance MOV command.
- Sound knowledge of new program writing / program modification / trouble shooting of Mitsubishi GOT 1000 / 2000 Series.
- Trouble shooting of Mitsubishi VFD and Mitsubishi servo motor and Drive (MR-J-3, MR-J-4)
- Hands-on experience on Omron RFID installation. Omron Proximity switch, Omron Reed switch Omron laser sensor and Omron Advanced distance sensor, Pressure switches setting and installation.
- Trouble shooting and teaching of Yamaha / IAI robots.
- Trouble shooting of Three Bond sealant dispensing machines, washing machine, conveyors, Cosmo Air Leak tester, Bolt Tightening machines, Nut Runners and parameter upload download and modification.
