Qualification & Experience :-
- Diploma in Mechanical, B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Mechanical
- 1 to 5 Years
Roles & Responsibility :-
- 1)Planning for manpower for planned shutdown & Daily Breakdowns.
- 2)Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown.
- 3)Capable of guiding & leading the team and implementing the best maintenance strategy for the plant.
- 4)Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback and suggestions from them.
- 5)Make the request for the spare parts needed for the production machines and reduces cost of the production spare parts expenses.
- 6)Responsible of maintenance and preventive maintenance for Welding machine like Panasonic, Miller & Lincoln, Jib crane & Hoist like Stahl & IR, EOT cranes like Spark line, Abus , Manipulator & Hyd. Fixture, SPM like Transmission Testing machine, Leak Test m/cs, washing m/cs, Pneumatic & Hydro Pneumatic Presses, Casting m/c, Pasting m/c & Ball mill m/c .
