A subsidiary of Tata Steel, Tata Metaliks has its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at Kharagpur, West Bengal, India which produces the finest quality of pig iron and ductile iron pipes in India. The plant’s annual hot metal production capacity is 500,000 tonnes out of which 200,000 tonnes is converted into Ductile Iron (DI) pipes and 300,000 tonnes into pig iron.
Position :- Apprenticeship
Job Location :- Kharagpur, West Bengal
Stipend :-
- ITI Pass: Rs. 8,050/- pm
- Diploma Pass: Rs. 9,000/- pm
Qualification :-
- ITI Pass in in Fitter, Tumer, Machinist, Electrical, Foundryman & Computer trades from recognized institutes with minimum 50% aggregate marks. OR
- Diploma Pass in Metallurgy, Mechanical, Production & Electrical Engineering branches from AICTE/ UGC recognized with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Experience :- Freshers
Duration of Training :-
- Trainees will be under on job plant training for 1 year (under Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and its latest amendments) at various sections of Tata Steel Metaliks Division
Age Limit :-
- Born between 1 November 1994 and 1 November 2006 (Both dates are included)
