Qualification :- Diploma / B.tech in Instrumentation
Experience :- 3 – 5 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- 1. Approval on Instrument Specifications, P&I Drawings, Various Field Instruments / Analysers Data Sheets, Instrument Hookup drawings, IO list, Control narrative, Alarm & Trip Schedule, Control logic and Interlock Diagrams, Instrument cable schedule and cable tray routing drawings.
- 2. Approval on Design and Engineering, calculations, methods of installation of various instruments
- 3. Review /Approval of Control System Configuration (PLC / DCS / RTU), Control System vendor documents (Wiring drawing /Calculation / Logic), etc.
- 4. Approval on vendor drawings, GAD, specifications, ITPs, etc., Evaluating Instrument contractors, co-ordinate with them for execution.
- 5. Approval on hazardous area layout, selection of equipments based on hazardous area classification.
- 6. Sending enquiries to various vendors and keep track.
- 7. Evaluating Technical bid analysis, technical discussion with vendor and vendor shortlisting. 8. Assisting procurement team & expediting procurement activities for all instruments related items.
