Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor’s in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
4+ Years in Quality Function (Auto / Auto Component Industry)
Experience in handling CQA function for Tier 1 (4-Wheeler Lighting preferred)
Role Purpose:
Responsible for zero defect outflow to customer and implementing customer quality & system-specific requirements in plant.
Work Area / Responsibilities:
• Implementation and horizontal deployment (HD) of countermeasures
• CAVV Activities
• Maruti Suzuki External Portal Handling
• Revalidation Activities
• Product & Process Audits
• Customer Problem Handling
• Layout Inspection & Product Audit of FG Parts
• Timely closure of audit observations
• Verification of PDQA Reports
Functional Competencies:
Ability to perform planned and systematic quality activities (PDQA, CQA etc.) effectively as per quality system.
