Position :- Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)
Job Location :- Noida

Qualification :- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
Key Responsibilities :-
- Support daily FATP (Final Assembly, Test & Packing) production activities.
- Assist in final assembly operations as per work instructions and production plans.
- Ensure proper execution of testing processes and report any test failures to the supervisor.
- Monitor production output, cycle time, and line efficiency.
- Ensure products meet quality standards before packing and dispatch.
- Maintain production records, test reports, and packing documentation.
- Coordinate with quality and engineering teams for resolving assembly or testing issues.
- Follow SOPs, ESD guidelines, safety rules, and 5S practices on the production floor.
- Support the team in achieving daily production targets and minimizing rework or defects.
Key Skills :-
- Basic understanding of FATP processes (Final Assembly, Testing & Packing)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
