ATL Battery Technology (India) Private Limited (ATLI), a TDK Group Company, was established in the year 2020. As the first lithium cell manufacturer in India, we have inherited ATL’s advanced lithium cell production technology and aim to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality cell solutions for the Indian market. Currently, we have two plants in India (Sohna and Bawal), covering a total land area of 194 acres (Sohna:179 acres, Bawal:15 acres.

Positions :- Junior Engineer- Machine Maintenance

Job Location :- Sohna, Bawal

Salary :- ₹ 3-3.5 Lacs P.A.

Qualification & Experience :- 

  • Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine maintenance within the electronic manufacturing industry
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Role & Responsibilities :-

  1. Machine Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose issues in manufacturing machinery, ensuring swift and accurate resolution to minimize production disruptions.
  2. Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment. Develop and implement maintenance plans for assigned machines.
  3. Repair and Replacement: Carry out repairs on faulty components and replace parts as necessary. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of required spare parts.
  4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to understand their requirements and provide technical support to ensure continuous operation of machinery.
  6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment. Conduct regular safety checks on machinery.
