Positions :- Production Officer/Sr. Officer
Job Location :- Chopanki, Rajasthan
Salary :- ₹ 3.5-8.5 Lacs P.A.
Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 6 Years (Preferably in Tire Industry)
The Incumbent Will be Responsible For :-
- Supervises process and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Control the shift activities & ensure safe working.
- Monitor, Measure & reports production parameter in the shift.
- Good Communication skill & Result Oriented approach.
- Ensure Compliance of Quality System, process & procedures in the shift.
- Analytical and logical approach for problem solving.
- Ensure optimum utilization of company resources in the shift.
- Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping & 5S activities on shop floor.
- Process improvement through KAIZEN activities.
- Ability to take initiative & Good Team Building Skill.
- Adhere companies quality system, processes & procedures of production related activities in shift.
- He should be able to handle the production and other activities which required to maintain the discipline in plant in shift.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Process industry
