Position – Instrumentation Engineer
Job Location – Hyderabad(Turkapally)
Qualification – Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field / Diploma / ITI.
Experience – Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems within a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment, preferably with injectable products.
Job Description –
- Install, configure, and maintain instrumentation and control systems for injectable production processes.
- Perform regular calibration of instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and control system malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for instrumentation and control systems.
- Collaborate with the production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of instrumentation systems.
- Document all maintenance and calibration activities accurately and maintain records as per GMP standards.
- Participate in the design and execution of process improvement projects related to instrumentation and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
