Position – Quality Assurance Manager
Salary – Rs. 4.5-6 Lacs P.A
Job Location – Coimbatore(Sidco Industrial Estate)
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical
Experience – Minimum 2+ years of experience in a foundry or manufacturing quality control environment.
Job Description –
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, castings, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform various Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods (e.g., visual inspection, radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing) to identify internal and external defects in castings.
- Analyze test results and interpret quality control data to identify process variations and trends.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and quality control documentation.
- Work collaboratively with production personnel to identify and troubleshoot quality issues.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of quality control processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for foundry quality control.
