With the help of Japanese Technology the Companys plant is equipped with the advance machinery & system for manufacturing aluminum alloy wheels.
Position – GDC Engineer
Job Location – Pune
Experience – 3 – 7 Years
Qualification – B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical, M.Tech in Mechanical
Job Description –
- Candidate must have from GDC or LPDC background.
- Casting knowledge with aluminium automobile industry.
- Melting, Casting, Riser cutting m/c operating experience.
- Die coating, Heat Treatment, Basic knowledge Robot handling.
- Handling manpower (5 people per shift).
- Should be ready to work in shift.
- Production output as per cycle time.
- Follow quality control documents & process parameters.
- Maintain 5s activity at shop floor.
- Cycle time reduce.
- Shift planning.
- Good Communication skills & Presentation skills
