Job Location :- Karad, Maharashtra

Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 8 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production and delivery objectives.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff, and ensuring that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform their duties effectively.
- Conducting regular equipment and machinery inspections to identify potential issues and coordinating with maintenance for machine maintenance and servicing.
- Ensuring that quality control standards and protocols apply to a production process and addressing quality-related issues that may arise.
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain staff to ensure that raw materials, and other supplies are available according to the schedule.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- The candidate should have a degree of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- The candidate must have good knowledge about CNC machines and its programing.
- The Candidate should have relevant experience in handling shop floor management preferably in an Engineering Industry.
