Positions :- Engineer – Assembly Line
Job Location :- Kolar
Salary :- CTC Offered : 8,50,000/- to 10,00,000/- PA
Qualification :- B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical
Experience :- Candidates who has 3 – 8 Years experience working in Assembly production line as a team leader/group leader and day to day manpower planning and achieve daily production target.
Job Description :-
- 1.Shift Inchagre
- 2.Manpower Handling in shifts and to control Overtime and absenteeism.
- 3.To meet daily production target in assembly line.
- 4.To improve Assembly process to reduce process repair.
- 5.To meet zero customer complaints internal as well as external.
- 6.Ensure to meet all MSQCD parameter targets within section
- 7.Analyze & take action for production difficulties
- 8. TPM On shopfloor
- 9. PPAP, Poka-Yoke, CPCPK, FMEA,PFMEA, 7 QC Tools, 8D problem solving approach
