Qualification :- Diploma/B.Tech in Automation, Instrumentation Engineering
Experience :- 2 to 12 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Manage the shift activities related to Instrumentation and Automation, specifically with expertise in Honeywell or Siemens systems.
- Proficient in overseeing field activities across various areas.
- Familiar with the work permit system and safety requirements for plant operations.
- Coke Oven/ Blast Furnace –
- Working knowledge of Siemens S7-300 PLC, S7 300, S7 400, TIA portal, Step 7, WINCC, Schneider PLC & PCS7 covering hardware configuration, logic development, and troubleshooting.
- Having good knowledge about field instrument calibration, transmitters maintenance, troubleshooting, hands-on experience in gas based analyzers (Mass spec).
- CGP/DRI / Pellet –
- Honeywell PLC and Siemens PLC logic creation, hardware and networking troubleshooting knowledge.
- Honeywell DCS C300 and ESD Honeywell Safety Manager.
