Experience :- 0 to 5 Years
Role & Responsibilities :-
- Visit to homebuilders site for technically convincing the customer/mason to use JSW cement over other brands, through verbal discussion & demonstrations & technical convincing
- Visit of all project sites for technically convincing the site to use JSW products
- Conducting of customer guidance camps at select locations for generation of demand for JSW cement (Ex pockets of home builders site)
- Enrolment of Masons & contractors for Mason loyalty programme
- Follow up on sales (new orders & repeat orders) from dealers wrt brand conversion (wrt leads generated from site visits done by LATF themselves)
- Attending of Sales promotional meets
- Conversion/volume targets- As decided by SMH & STH
- Collection of data bank of the local engineers, architects’ contractors, masons and other influencers and passing on lead to state technical head /local technical officer
