Position – Pump Testing / Pump Assembly
Job Location – Sangli, Kirloskarvadi
Experience – Fresher
Qualification – B.E. / DIPLOMA – MECH / PRODUCTION / INDUSTRIAL (2023 & 2024 Pass out)
Job Description –
Responsibilities for Pump Testing role:
- 1. Planning & testing as per DOP.
- 2. Checking Datasheet, performance curve, ITP for internal testing or party inspection.
- 3. Internal testing & TPI of 100% pump.
- 4. Supervision and Guidance in pump testing lab.
- 5. Report generation and review of report from third party inspector.
- 6. Iso documentation and conducting ISO audits.
- 7. Testing of KEPL pump in KBL HRC lab
- 8. Preparation & maintaining data of cost saving & energy conservation.
Responsibilities for Pump Assembly role:
- 1. Allocate manpower & material etc to produce daily production of pump set.
- 2 Ensure daily MOP (MOST) of Pump Assembly Dept & Rework activity. if any data missing update.
- 3. Ensure the routine SAP activity to generate production order, release & confirmation.
- 4. Identify manufacturing needs for daily & new products in development.
- 5. Ensure product and process quality meets as per our standard & ITP. At time of routine & final stage. (IRN)
- 6. Conduct audit & follow the ISO & EMS, OHASIS activity as per routine & schedule activity.
- 7. Resolve daily issues on priority technically
