Position – Field Service Engineer
Job Location – Kochi,Kerala
Salary – ₹ 2-3.25 Lacs P.A
Qualification – B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical, Diploma in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication
Job Description –
- 1.Lead Technicians – Machine troubleshooting root cause analysis and implement effective counter measure.
- 2. To update customer details on database and share this information with senior authority.
- 3. Understand site strategies and expectations and translate them into sustainable maintenance solution as part of a site master plan.
- 4. Drive business result and manages customer relationships within area of responsibility.
- 5. Project planning, scheduling and budgeting based upon project commissioning and start up schedule and budgeting for maintenance.
- 6. Lead service delivery that continuously surpasses customer experience.
- 7. To find faults & repair and share with customers or clients if necessary.
- 8. To attend the calls of customers for faults, service, queries and try to give appropriate solutions.
