Qualification :- Bachelors degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g.,Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT) preferred
Experience :- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a maintenance and installation engineer for CCTV projects.
Skills :-
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Strong technical skills in CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with field installation techniques, including cable routing, mounting, and alignment of cameras and other components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements :-
- Familiarity with CCTV software and platforms (e.g., Genetec, infinova, Axis) preferred.
- Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., CCTV installation, network configuration) is a plus.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to CCTV installations and privacy laws.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Perform field installations of CCTV systems and related components according to project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine optimal camera placement and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV installations, including wiring, connectivity, and software configuration.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and preventive maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and functionality of installed systems.
- Document installation procedures, configurations, and maintenance activities accurately and comprehensively.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in CCTV technology and recommend improvements or enhancements to existing systems.
