Position – Dispatch & Coil Store Incharge
Job Location – Kharkhoda, Haryana

Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering
Experience – 3 to 6 Years
Job Responsibilities –
- Handling interplant transfer activities ( E-way , Invoice , Challan generation)
- RM Management (Steel coils and outsourced blanks)
- Coil inventory and outsource blanks inventory control and variance analysis
- Daily preparation of coil and outsourced blanks inventory reports
- Spare parts production and dispatch planning to achieve FN spare plan
- Raw material receiving and issuance for production (SRV creation)
- Raw material (Coil) dispatch for job work and receiving
Competencies / Skills Technical/ Functional –
- Have understanding of production scheduling
- Ability to identify & resolve IT system issues
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and MS office
- Basic understanding of production planning principles
- Hendon experience in transaction in IT system
Behavioural –
- Good communication skills & customer handling.
- Disciplined & must follow all the rules & guidelines in the shop floor.
- Ability to work as a team leader.
