Experience – 3 – 5 Years+ Experience
Qualification – Diploma / B.Tech Pass
Job Description –
- Oversee the production process, draft the time scale of the job by drawing up a production schedule.
- Decide the Raw materials and Tools to be required for production.
- Prepare job cards for all Machines with target.
- Prepare the Manpower vs Machine Output report to minimize the costing.
- Make delay reports of machine to monitor the root causes of machine delay.
- Control the uses of Tools and Dies and make report of Die life history.
- Prepare the planning of Production according to the project wise and control the production according to the plan.
- Prepare monthly production report with each machine efficiency.
- Prepare the training calendar for every month and give training to operator, supervisors accordingly.
