Experience –
- A minimum 3 to 6 years experience.
Job Description –
- Hazard Identification and mitigation
- Near miss reporting
- Safety/toolbox talks
- Accident Reporting
- Ensuring PPEs compliance of self and team
- Attending training and providing on the job training to team
- Execution of scheduled shift activities (equipment changeover, nozzle checking, mixer cleaning, chemical preparation, strainer cleaning)
- Chemical preparation (KNO3, Molasses)
- Equipment health and performance monitoring through physical inspectio3
- Arranging and organizing equipment and operation requirements as specific to grade requirement
- Preparation of chemicals as per the SOP and specification
- Preparation and use of right quench for reactors and mixer
- Nozzle insertion, nozzle checking following the SOP
- Filling up of equipment checklist/register on a routine basis
