Job Description –
- Knowledge of production /Visual Inspection process
- Instruments and Measurements knowledge – Vernier, Gauges etc
- Knowledge of 8D / Problem solving methods
- Inspect the quality of finished products and run tests.
- determine root cause of Faulty products
- VDA 6.3 knowledge
- Knowledge for IATF 16949 Internal Quality Audit
- Knowledge of inspection equipment
- Internal Audit Knowledge , covering product , process and systems
- Knowledge of 2nd party audit
- Lean / Six Sigma exposure or certification
- Daily Review of Internal Rejections
- Introduce and monitor improvements to reduce internal rejections.
