Desired Candidate Profile –
- 1. B.E/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Production Engineering
- 2. 3 to 7 years of experience in Production function/ department in an Electrical component/ Automobile/ Auto parts/ Auto Component/ Electronic component/ Electrical Equipment manufacturing company.
Job Description –
- 1. To Handle assembly line of Electrical products
- 2. Lead the team of minimum 20-30 operators
- 3. Knowledge about 5S, DWM, LEAN KAIZEN, QCC
- 4. Remove technical bottlenecks in production and ramp-up
- 5. Proper documentation for DWM activities
- 6. Adherence, and upkeep of all operations to SOP/ PL
