Qualification :-
- Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics/ Telecommunication Engineering
Experience :- 2 to 5 Years
Role & Responsibilities :-
- Identify and analyze areas for process improvement across various departments.
- Lead Kaizen events and other process improvement projects.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve process efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Track and measure the results of process improvement initiatives.
- Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
- Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of quality issues and process inefficiencies.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other data analysis tools.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and tools.
- Train employees on specific process improvement methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops and team discussions on quality improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Communicate effectively and persuasively to gain buy-in for process improvement initiatives.
