- All Reports Verification (Incoming /Lab/FI)
- IATF 16949 Documentation & Training
- Supplier Upgradation
- Supplier Audit/Revaluation
- New Product Development over all responsibility (Interaction with Customer)
- Review of APQP
- New Development Parts status share to customer
- Child part development from supplier (New Development)
- 5 ‘S’ Improvements Training
- Training plan to all Quality Associate
- Customer Visit
- KPI Data collect and review
- MRM Presentation Preparation & send to HO (With Action Plan)
- Training Plan to staff
- Follow up customer return (every Month Last week)
- Review of warranty data
- Conduct Internal quality Audit (System Audit, Process Audit, Product Audit)
- 5 ‘S’ Audit and Improvement point/Kaizen Review
