Job Description –
- Toolbox talk & priority wise work distribution of manpower.
- Resource arrangement (resource like- welding machine, fan, stand, oven, torch, grinding machine etc)
- Fill-up welding data slip as per WTS and welder qualification as per latest revision.
- Maintenance slip fill up.
- Any damage report fill up along with shift in charge with root cause and CAPA.
- Provide latest drawing to fitter.
- Station wise output monitoring.
- Prepare NDT (PT, MPT, UT, Hardness, PMI) indent as per ITP stages.
- Self-inspection, offer to QC engg. Wherever applicable.
- Co-ordinate with Q.C dept., NDT, Planning, Store, maintenance, other service.
- Maintain quality and Safety in shop floor to avoid deviation.
- Housekeeping at the end of shift on each station.
- Implement and ensure good engineering practice on shop floor.
- Detail drawing study.
