Qualification – B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical
Job Description –
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems, compressors, chillers, ETP, STP, WTP, and substations to ensure their smooth operation and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing their operational lifespan.
- Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments on malfunctioning equipment, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance projects, system upgrades, and installations.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
