Position :- Junior Officer
Job Location :- Pundhra, Gujarat
Salary :- ₹ 3.5-4.75 Lacs P.A.
Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 2 to 5 Years
Technical / Functional Skills :-
- Working knowledge of freon based machine.
- Operation knowledge of mechanical and pneumatics machine and equipment.
- SAP knowledge,5’s Kaizen.
- Refrigeration plant based operation skills.
- effective supervisory skills.
Job Description :-
- Fault finding during production and assessing need of spare parts.
- Performing planned and predictive maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- To undertake effective planning and prioritization of workload wherever necessary and to develop spare for equipment.
- To undertake effective planning and prioritization of workload wherever necessary and to ensure that resources are used up to optimum level.
- To understand and operate in line with relevant guidelines, company policies and procedures along with healthy and safety rules and regulations.
- To complete, maintain accuracy, timely documentation and records as required by the business.
- To maintain the required standards of housekeeping and to support other teams and functions as required.
- To undertake self-development activities as required by the business also any other tasks or duties as required by your superior.
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices operated by the company.
- Liaise with coordinator to establish requirements and develop automation in plant.
- To maintain mechanical equipment’ and machineries in a more efficient way for zero breakdown.
- Should be ready to sign a bond.
- Preferred Industry : Ice cream/ Food /Dairy /FMCG/Pharmaceuticals,etc.
