RCFL Operator Trainee Recruitment 2026: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) has released a notification for recruiting Operator Trainee posts. There are 188 vacancies available for these posts. Candidates having ITI, Diploma and B.Sc qualifications can apply online for these posts. The detailed eligibility and selection process are explained below.
Position: Operator Trainee (Chemical)
Job Location: RCFL Units at Trombay (Mumbai) and Thal (Raigad), Maharashtra
Salary:
- During 6-month training: Consolidated stipend of Rs. 22,000/- per month.
- Hostel Accommodation/quarter on sharing basis (free of cost) during training.
- Medical Facility for self at RCF Hospital + Sports Complex facility.
- After successful completion of training: Absorbed in Grade II-(A6) in Pay Scale Rs. 22,000-60,000.
- Total Monthly Gross Salary at minimum of scale (approx.): Rs. 47,800/- (Basic + VDA 53.4% + Perks 34% + HRA 30% for Class A cities).
- Company accommodation (subject to availability) in lieu of HRA, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Free Medical for self & dependents, Gratuity, CPF, Accident Insurance, Social Security Schemes.
Qualification:
- Candidates must have completed B.Sc. (Chemistry) with Physics as one of the subjects, along with NCVT certification in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), which is (AOCP) Trade, or
- Candidates must have completed a 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology with 1-year BOAT training under the Apprentice Act, or
- Candidates must have done a 4-year/3 and a half years full-time and regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology under the Sandwich Pattern.
Note: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% marks in the last year or as an aggregate of the last two semesters. For candidates from SC or ST categories, the minimum requirement marks is 50%.
