Job Description :-
- Experience working with Engineering documents for plant maintenance i.e. Drawings, P&IDs, SLDs, Datasheets, Vendor Documents.
- Experience working with any CMMS/ EAM/ ERP systems.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools – MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
- Managing Documentation related to Engineering, Construction, Operations and Maintenance
- Ensure Project documents are timely controlled, accessible, and current at all project locations.
- Comprehend and execute in compliance with the Information and Document Management Plan
- MaintainaccuracyoftheProjectDocumentDistributionMatrix(DDM)baseduponinputbyProject Team.
- Perform quality checks / metadata validation of Contractor deliverables. Initiate corrective actions and report deficiencies to Information Management Lead and/or Document Control Lead.
- Maintain Company Master Document Register (MDR) of internally generated deliverables.
- Assign document numbers and metadata to all project deliverables in Project Electronic Document Management System.
- Actively participate in project meetings and anticipate Document Management needs.
- Assist Information Management Lead with execution and final handover of project deliverables.
- Working as maintenance engineer in Oil & Gas / Chemical / Power / FMCG / Pharma companies
