Position – Field Support Engineer
Job Location – Bangalore Rural,Karnataka
Salary – ₹ 3-6 Lacs P.A
Qualification –
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Energy, Electrical
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Engineering.
Job Description –
- 1 Solving of all technical problems coming from field/ test divisions
- . 2 To follow-up with CSS to ensure timely delivery of repaired material to customer.
- 3 To provide training to customers on our supplied products and s/w tools also assure the updating of s/w tool.
- 4 Participate in tender document submission.
- 5 Getting tender sample tested/ supplied lot testing at customer end and assure successful customer clearance.
- 6 Updating of Service Request in ERP on regular basis and ensue timely closure of SRs as per TAT.
- 7 Maintaining all service records as per ISO formats.
- 8 Collecting analysis from CSS and sending to customers on time.
- 9 Preparing offer for repair for various products as per respective complaint / fault repairs.
- 10 Technical support to front line sales team /participating in demonstrations in Utilities.
- 11 To ensure collection of Tenders samples from customer and maintenance of stock record at branch.
